SUSTAINABILITY
We love the planet we live in and knowing how damaging the fashion industry can be, we are always looking for ways to reduce our footprint.
All our products are made using the made-to-order production approach, fulfilling the items after the order has been placed. This way we reduce any extra fabric waste.
We also donate damaged and returned products to local charities, like the Red Cross, the American Kidney Fund, and Goodwill.
To take care of fabric waste in our Mexico and Charlotte facilities, we’ve partnered with waste management services, such as Geocycle and Martex.
For our DTG prints, we use Kornit machines and inks. Kornit uses high-quality, water-based vegan inks that they formulate, test, and produce in their own factories. Kornit inks are non-hazardous, toxin-free, biodegradable, and certified with an OEvKO-TEX Eco Passport.
Finaly having fulfillment centers strategically located around the world allows not only for faster shipping times and lower shipping costs, but it also helps with reducing the CO₂ emissions produced when transporting orders.
PAYMENT
We use PayPal in order to offer the safest possible transactions and you are always covered by buyer protection.
You can also pay with your credit card via PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
SHIPPING
We ship worldwide!
Shipping cost for anywhere is 5€
It usually takes 1-4 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, the estimated delivery time for some areas are:
EU: 3-10 business days
USA: 3-4 business days
Canada: 3-6 business days
Brazil: 3-5 business days
Australia/New Zealand: 2-5 business days
Asia: 6-10 business days
Africa: 8-14 business days
You can contact us for a more specific estimated delivery time for your country.
Once your order is ready to ship you will recieve a tracking number, so you can check the latest updates on the location of your package
RETURNS
If your received product is not what you ordered or it is damaged in any way please send us a short description of the error, pictures, and order number within 4 weeks after receiving the order at info@oftalesuntold.com and we’ll get back to you to resolve the issue.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges for wrong sizes yet, BUT there is a detailed size chart available in each product’s description to make it easy for you to find your perfect fit! (:
